"Return Policies"

Equine Stable Supply's Guarantee

Equine Stable Supply offers a satisfaction guarantee to give our customers complete satisfaction. When your order arrives, check each item carefully (immediately please). If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return that product for an exchange, credit or refund.

Returns & Replacements

We want to make sure you are completely happy and satisfied with your order. If you need a different size, we will exchange it. If you don’t love your merchandise, you can return it. If we made a mistake, we will fix it. Just remember these important points:

  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the receipt of your product, so examine your order promptly. Receipt date is determined by the day of the delivery confirmation.
  • The refund will be for the full purchase price of the product. This does not include shipping, gift packaging, or promotional discounts.
  • Merchandise must be in unworn, unused, new condition and include all original vendor packaging and tags.
  • Special orders, drop ships, custom merchandise or "FREE SHIPPING" orders may not be returnable or may be subject to a minimal restocking fee.  (15% Restocking Fee)
  • If your order included a free item and the order (in whole or in part) is returned, the actual price of the free item will be deducted from refund amount UNLESS the free item is also returned OR adjusted cost still qualifies your order for the free item.
  • All Clearance sales are final and no refunds will be allowed.
  • When making a return or exchange, we highly recommend a tracking number. Equine Stable Supply is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
  • If making an exchange, additional shipping costs for new merchandise will apply.
  • Report any shortages or incorrect orders within 3 days of delivery confirmation. Your order is assumed correct after the first 3 days.
  • All custom order sales are final.
  • If making a return or exchange please contact us via phone or email for a return number.
  • All returns must have proper return number. If a return does not have proper return number, the return will be refused.

REFUND PROCESS & TIMEFRAME Equine Stable Supply processes most returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the actual date that the refund is posted to your account is determined by the company which issued the original payment. Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact that company directly for further assistance.

Order Processing

Equine Stable Supply strives to process orders as quickly as possible. Usually orders ship within 2 business days from when the order is received. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.


We will make every attempt to have all items in stock. However, in the event an item is out of stock, the out of stock item will be canceled. Any and all items left on existing order will be shipped as soon as possible.


If you wish to cancel a product, please contact us immediately. Orders are usually entered into processing within 24 hours. The customer takes financial responsibility after the product has been moved into processing.

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Equine Stable Supply is not responsible for typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors.

Sales Tax

Products shipped to a Texas address will be charged sales tax.

Shipping Charges

We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges. Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy products and larger sized items. Oversized packages may require additional shipping charges based on prevailing rates.
Free Shipping Promotions: Free Shipping will always only apply to the Contiguous 48 States only.
